When you message us, we may receive your phone number, message contents, attachments, information you voluntarily provide, and conversation details such as timestamps and delivery information.

How information is used

We use this information to answer questions, assist with requests, provide customer service, manage conversations, and protect against misuse. Responses may be generated by an AI assistant, and authorized Acme Diner staff may review and respond to conversations.

Starting a customer service conversation does not subscribe you to promotional text campaigns.

Google, participating mobile carriers, and messaging technology providers process information needed to deliver and operate the service. Google may also process message contents for security, spam detection, and related purposes described in its applicable terms and privacy disclosures.

Your choices

Messaging is optional. You can call the diner instead. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages through this service. Sending a new message afterward may reopen the conversation.

Please do not submit payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through chat.
