These terms apply to customer service messaging with Acme Diner through Google Business Profile and supported messaging services.

Using our messaging service

When you message Acme Diner, you request responses related to your inquiry. We may provide information about our hours, location, menu, specials, events, and other diner services. Starting a conversation does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.

Automated responses

Some responses are generated by an AI assistant using business information and online sources. Automated responses may contain mistakes or outdated information. Please contact our team directly to confirm important details, including prices, availability, reservations, and dietary or allergy questions. A reservation or order is not confirmed unless explicitly accepted by Acme Diner.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency depends on your conversation. Acme Diner does not charge for customer service messages. Your mobile provider’s message and data rates may apply. Availability and delivery depend on your device, carrier, and messaging service.

Stopping messages and getting help

Privacy and appropriate use

Information submitted through messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Do not use this service for emergencies, unlawful activity, or abusive messages.

Google and participating messaging providers operate the messaging technology under their applicable terms and policies. These terms do not replace those providers’ terms. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
